Reduced Fares (Children, Young People, Seniors)

The special tarrifs described here intended for occassional travellers: available to anyone who meets the particular age requirements and is available with the described limitations (blue-period trains, etc.). For frequent travellers, special cards are available, for a cost of about 40-50 euros per year, that give bigger discounts and have fewer restritions. We have included details of the Senior Card (below) as an example. Check with the SNCF or the www.voyages-sncf.com web for more details.
